* Silvern Castle 7.3 Draws Near

In a message on syndicomm.com, Jeff Fink announced that he is working on
yet another update to his sensational 8-bit adventure game, mostly a bug
fix version.  Actual release date is to be announced.

* Syndicomm Starts Buddy Program

Syndicomm.com announced that they would be starting a "buddy program", in
which existing Syndicomm.com members who refer new members can receive
credits of $10.  Both the existing and new members must continue their
membership for 90 days in order to receive the credit.

* SOAR Higher

Spectrum author Ewen Wannop announced a maintenance update to his offline
reader scripts for the Syndicomm.com Online Service.  Wannop stated that
the primary change was allowing page numbers with more than three digits in
them.

* SAFE (But Not From Updates)

Wannop also announced that he had updated his Spectrum script based FTP
client for the Apple IIgs, mostly to deal with some problems users

* Apple II History Site Updated

Finally, Steven Weyhrich has reproduced two articles either authored by or
written about Apple II inventor Steve Wozniak, both from the mid 1980s.
